Episcopalians under fire for hosting Muslim convention

Leaders of a flagship progressive Episcopal church are defending themselves against charges of sympathy for terrorists in their decision to host the annual Muslim Public Affairs Council convention.

All Saints Church has received dozens of emails accusing it of condoning terrorism for hosting MPAC’s 12th annual convention on Dec. 15, the first held in a Christian church.

Ryan Mauro, national security analyst at RadicalIslam.org, contends that MPAC is “taking advantage of naive Christians,” and that Islamists seek to protect themselves from critics by forming an “interfaith bloc.” He criticized MPAC statements on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and accused its leaders of being part of a Muslim Brotherhood plot to destroy the West from within. ...

Christian Zionists: The Real Terrorists, no but more likely groups like this Episcopalian are which looks at "liberal" Christianity. Like It Or Not, The War We Fight Is Against Islam These liberal groups which had such a fascination with Communist regimes don't recognize Inadequacy of Islam.

Hi in return Christopher.

Proverbs 10:12 KJV
In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding.

Job 28:28 KJV
And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

I don't understand why this denomination even exists or why they bother to worship God, teach/preach from the Bible, etc. Given their liberal nature, they can't possibly believe that the Bible is the Word of God because they live opposite to what the Bible clearly teaches. For instance, don't they have gay and female preachers? Don't they marry the gays? Don't they invite the gays to take their communion, among other things?
I just don't understand how a preachers and their congregations lives and beliefs can be so far removed from the Word of God and still believe that they are the ones who hold the keys to Heaven.
How is it possible for denominations like this to be so comfortable living and teaching outside of God's word?? I'd be terrified. Like those charlatan faith healers commanding God to come down out of Heaven to knock people over, cluck like chickens, laugh inappropriately, etc, etc. They can't possibly believe in a life after death or they would take the Bible much more seriously, don't you think?
