Supremes allow new challenge to Obamacare

The U.S. Supreme Court today ordered a federal appeals court to review Liberty Universityâ€™s claim that Congress violated the Christian schoolâ€™s religious freedoms by forcing it to provide federally mandated insurance and requiring payment for abortion-related services.

â€œI am very pleased with the high courtâ€™s ruling,â€ said Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, which is fighting the case on behalf of Liberty University.

And the battle goes on.

The essential focal point must somewhere end up in the moral debate of abortion between church and state.

Its a bit like homosexual practice, if the state legitimizes the sinful act (which it has) then it no longer has the 'right' to discriminate against those who practice.
