Top Georgia GOP Lawmakers Host Briefing on Secret Obama Mind-Control Plot?
President Obama is using a Cold War-era mind-control technique known as "Delphi" to coerce Americans into accepting his plan for a United Nations-run communist dictatorship in which suburbanites will be forcibly relocated to cities. That's according to a four-hour briefing delivered to Republican state senators at the Georgia state Capitol last month.

agenda 21 is about consolidating world power. it is done through putting family under UN, all food, all herbs, supplements, under UN, all land ownership through UN, all banking through UN, and everything else, but other than that, the GOP is probably just conspiring to make up conspiracies, but either way someone is conspiring, and so I don't know what to do but mock people.
This is Mother Jones, not Alex. Mother Jones is much more pro-Obama than Alex is and I find it interesting that they are talking about this. They are trying to make decent folks sound kooky but at the same time they are revealing what is going on.
This Delphi technique has been around for a while and the Federal and State governments are using it under various names. I have attended meetings where "stakeholders" are told their input is wanted only to be told that we all have to jetison our values to adopt their pre-conceived idea of "consensus."
Ok all joking aside. This headline is deceiving. This article, and theses Georgia Reps. are speaking truth. This is about the Marxist agenda for taking over America and the UN Agenda 21.
