Google is set to begin covering a cost that gay and lesbian employees must pay when their partners receive domestic partner health benefits, according to a report in the New York Times.
The increased pay is largely to compensate these workers for an extra tax that heterosexual married couples do not pay. The increase will be retroactive to the beginning of the year, the newspaper said.
Google is not the first large company to make up for the extra tax, the Times reported, adding that Google’s move could inspire its Silicon Valley competitors to follow suit, as they compete for the same talent....
If you accept benefits for queer marriages then you recognize queer marriages.

So, Silofolous, I would suggest that you might rethink your position. One should not reward behavior that is destructive to people and the society they live in. Of course according to Romans 1:32 they are going to do that, but it is certainly no reason that a Christian should say such behavior should be ignored, he can still recognize The Inadequacy of Moralism.

I don't see a problem with it. I reject gay marriage, but I see no reason to withhold financial benefits from a gay couple that we hand out to a married couple (though they should add unmarried straight couples too). As I've said before, we can't punish worldly people with worldly things, simply because they are worldly. They will receive their due punishment at the Judgment. Let the tares grow.

There are other options to Google and I am grateful to SermonAudio for carrying this article and keeping us informed on Google's employee policies.
Google may do as they please, but I have the freedom to limit my use of their services and have done so: I've removed all my blogs from Blogger (Google owned), canceled my Google+, YouTube, and G-mail accounts and now make an effort to use other search engines.
