As a student at Harvard Law School, then-bachelor Barack Obama’s practice of wearing a gold band on his wedding-ring finger puzzled his colleagues.
Now, newly published photographs of Obama from the 1980s show that the ring Obama wore on his wedding-ring finger as an unmarried student is the same ring Michelle Robinson put on his finger at the couple’s wedding ceremony in 1992.
Moreover, according to Arabic-language and Islamic experts, the ring Obama has been wearing for more than 30 years is adorned with the first part of the Islamic declaration of faith, the Shahada: “There is no God except Allah.”...

It counts. If it didn't, less effort would be expended counting the votes of dead people, or recounting over and over, trying to change the results.

Good morning all, I hope to answer each question presented and if I miss one, it is due to error and not avoidance. Yes, Phoebe, I think America and the apostate churches are under God's judgment and frankly glad to see it. This doesn't mean I rejoice in it, but glad to see justice while I dread the hard times ahead. Please re-read Revelation, chapters 2 and 3. I cannot convince believers of the Gospel - it is a work of the Lord to regenerate and save souls. However, I can hope and pray to be used of Him and join in His work. Read the history of the Scottish Covenanters and you'll see that it is the Lord who will move in His people's hearts to corporately covenant with Him. How will I convince the apostate churches to repent? That is also a work of the Lord. I just joined a church that was apostate for 50 years and broke away from the apostates in 2005. We are now rebuilding the "walls." No, America is not the apple of God's eye, but it is where I live and where my children and grandchildren live; all nations will and must bow the knee to King Jesus - read Psalm 2.
Angela - I hope I have this right. You think that America is under Gods judgement because of the apostate churches and that there needs to be national repentance and covenanting.
Can you show with scripture where the prophets or apostles warned Christian's after Pentecost of Gods judgement on the churches?
How do you plan to convince unbelievers that the gospel is the only option? The Church has been working now for over 2000 years at this task. Many seem to have fallen away.
If you do manage to convince enough people to repent in your nation so as to cause national repentance and God doesn't remove the judgements ... ? What then?
How does this prophetic word leave other Christians outside of America? Are all Christian's included in this judgement or just American Christian's?
How will you convince apostate churches they are apostate? - none will admit error.
God does not favour some Christians over others dear. American Christian's are not the apple of His eye. Will you repent? Thats how difficult your task is.

10.05.2012, 10:41 AM Third party candidates may have outsized impact in tight race
"Former Va. Rep. Virgil Goode is the Constitution Party’s presidential candidate. He is on ballots in about 25 states."
I will hold my nose and vote against the party of death and sodomy. I think you are wrong here and if there is even a chance that we may slow the encroachment of the homosexual agenda or save a few unborn children then we must take it and do what we can. Do you think that God is sovereign even over the candidates who win the party nominations? If it was a deal breaker for Christians to have any political dealings with unbelievers why did Jesus tell us to render to Caesar?
Russ, Do you really agree with Mitt Romney's ideology? Do you really know what it is? You aren't just casting your vote for ideology - you are casting your vote for the men and women running for office. How are Christians voting out of fear? By holding their noses while casting their votes for the lesser of two evils. For goodness sake, vote for the Constitution Party candidates if you want to vote for ideology. At least their candidates for president and vice president are Christian man and understand how government is to function.

Then I take it you don't vote. We should be thankful we even have the privilege to vote. Even if it is a throw away vote for a third party choice. We are not electing people to church leadership positions we are voting for them for political office. They can use their the policies to effect our sacred beliefs. Persecution for the church will come from the LGBT community and the enactment of Obamacare polices. Is Romney perfect, did not vote for him in primaries despite predicting he would be the nominee in November of last year. Only two candidates are viable to be elected, which candidate's platform does the most to promote righteousness that exalts a nation. And Jim, have to agree with Neil that is a HUGE reversal on your part.
Jim, I agree and think that as Christians we should not vote for someone who is of a false religion. I left the Republican Party in 2001 after being fooled by the Christian sounding rhetoric of GW Bush and his handlers. Since then I have been an advocate for voting third party IF there is a godly man running on a third party ticket. We must do what is right, including selecting Christian men for office and leave the results in God's Hands. As it is now, Christians are voting out of fear rather than faith. Mitt Romney will not get my vote of support - besides being of a false religion, he is also a moderate who changes position as the wind blows.
I'm glad that some of you are aware that the country's problems are not the fault of one man.
If that is the case think what will happen when a heretic should become President? Sacred Mormon Garments Work Like a Charm. Apparently, "Out of Sight Out of Mind?" especially when that person is running for President of one's favorite religion, (Republican) politics?
Thanks Michael! I think we have more agreement in Christ than we have disagreement. May the good Lord bless your ministry and may He give sinners ears to hear the Gospel message you proclaim and to become new Creations in Christ.
Angela Wittman wrote: Folks, I really have to interject some thoughts here... First of all, Obama isn't destroying America - I lay his ideology squarely at the feet of the apostate churches and the one he belonged to for perhaps 20 years (?). The rest of the destruction stems from the lukewarm churches who allowed God to removed or disregarded by our civil institutions and government. Plus, we have had an entire generation of Americans aborted for the sake of convenience while Sodom parades through out streets and street preachers are spit upon and shunned by "respectable" church goers. Sorry, folks, but I think we are under God's judgment and the only solution is national repentance and covenanting.
Angela Wittman Amen! and Amen!
Whatever our differences your post resonates in my heart and makes me thankful to God of someone seeing the kind of things that have been breaking my heart and others who aren't fast asleep in these difficult and perilous times.
O that God might wake up pastors and congregations to the things you mention and put us all to fervent intercession, confession of our sins and neglect and set us all afire once again unashamedly preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who so need to hear of Him.
