A defrocked priest was hired years ago to perform security patdowns at the Philadelphia airport by the Transportation Security Administration, officials said.

Thomas Harkins was removed from the Catholic Church in 2002 following allegations that he molested two grade-school girls. He was never charged criminally but the Diocese of Camden settled a civil lawsuit over the allegations for $195,000, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday.

The TSA hired him four months later -- without performing a background check, the report said. ...

I'm not defending the way TSA goes about their searches or all the issues with various parts of TSA. What I am saying is that it is only a matter of time until we see something else here. I am an advocate of profiling and think that if we are going to implement security measures we should at least attempt to learn from the lessons we have learned from the millions of us that have been over in the Middle East and have had to deal personally with the Muslims.

Russ -- google "TSA, rape" or "TSA, theft" to see the most recent stories

you really want to defend this?

Or "lesbian cabal" related to hmld sec. lewd comments and behavior aimed at men end in court case.

the lewdness is before our eyes.

or the Michigan man, cancer survivor left covered in urine. or the mother left in glass cage for 1.5 hrs

multiple reports (as if this is normal procedure) of people's private areas being directly touched.

you ready to defend this?

the harder-spirited muslems are laughing at us!

a few scares and we give over our bll f rhgts to the rainbow/islm coalition. this is what our generation will be remembered for.

abc news ran a story, "pilot rebellion: pilots refusing to use full-body scanners or submit to patdown"

what other generation of men would accept this???

read about anna drexel (6yrs old), spencer sheahan (8yrs old), pastor jacob jester's account of a baby patted down, Bossi's account of having to remove her prosthetic breast, babies being taken out of sight of mothers, hear story on Hannity, "ohio woman describe sexual assault."

Republican Congressmen and state and fed level trying to hold tsa to criminal law, dignity bill of Ron Paul

they aren't even given a background check. pedophiles, patdowns.

I have seen Muslims use women, children, and even the mentally retarded as suicide bombers. So understand as soon as we fail to screen any particular type of person, they are the very ones they will use and exploit.

The more correct order would be girls, women, boys, and men( If you read The Priest, the woman and the cofessional

One might wonder who he spent the longest time with patting down? Boys? Girls? Men? Women? -- in that order.

I would think some type of background check would be mandatory for TSA personnel.

"Thomas Harkins was removed from the Catholic Church in 2002 following allegations that he molested two grade-school girls"

The Roman Catholic doctrine of paedophilia keeps cropping up with regular monotony.

Anybody in the Roman Catholic organisation with common sense would leave this cult and see through its religious fallacy.

That just leaves the gullible misguided religionists playing with their idols.
