An important component of pro-homosexual propaganda is the notion that children raised by homosexuals turn out as well as children raised by heterosexuals-but University of Texas at Austin (UT) professor Mark Regnerus undercut that notion with a study published in June in the journal Social Science Research.
Regnerus used one of the largest data sets ever amassed for such a study. He found that children raised by homosexual parents have had more problems than children raised by married heterosexual parents in virtually every one of more than 40 categories examined. When the children grow up, they have problems with impulse control, depression, and thoughts of suicide. They are more likely to need mental health therapy and identify as homosexual themselves. My dear brothers who have defended the gospel so well against John Y, please at least consider the following. I wrote this to someone else and am simply copying it. I am simply saying; "don't let him frustrate or disturb you in any way".
Here is the way I look at John's post, "although I may in fact be wrong". I think he is a "religious" troll and I am including him in the below definition I got from the internet. I only respond to him for other's sake and not his. An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.
But, I could be wrong about the above and he could simply be that blind? Only the Lord knows for sure. What I am saying is that he has no desire for truth, but simply wants to provoke others. Please note that he never argues scriptures.

So to state that the entirety of the Catholic religion is idolatrous and blasphemous is false. I only participate in the scriptural parts to the Mass. During the unscriptural parts I remain silent.

I do not bow down and pray to the statues and Crucifix in the Catholic Church that I attend. When someone affirms an activity then that means that they participate in the activity. Well if I do not participate in the idolatry then I am not affirming idolatry.

What has the fact that Regnerus is a recent convert to the Catholic Church got to do with this article? It is totally superflous in relation to the study that Regnerus conducted that he is now a Catholic.
