Is Trinity Broadcasting a â€˜vexatious litigantâ€™?

The mighty Trinity Broadcasting Networkâ€™s prodigious legal maneuvering against Brittany Crouch Koper â€” granddaughter of founders Jan and Paul Crouch â€” and her husband has drawn a sharp rebuke from a federal judge, who has threatened to brand Trinity a â€œvexatious litigant.â€
