The Mayor of London has recorded a video for a homosexual marriage campaign group saying he supports a redefinition of the institution.
In previous years Boris Johnson has warned of potential negative impacts of same-sex marriage and criticised the promotion of homosexuality in schools.
But in a video, filmed with Tower Bridge and the Olympic rings in the background, the Conservative mayor says he supports a redefinition.

True, unless he is elect, in which case he will one day come to himself, and return unto the Father he has thus far rejected.

"I speak for many when I say that I have not always embraced the doctrines of grace or what is commonly called Calvinism. Its actually unfortunate that a man's name is associated with the doctrines that came out of the Protestant Reformation. Calvin was not the first to articulate these truths, but merely was the chief systematizer of such doctrines. There was actually nothing in Calvin that was not first seen in Luther, and much of Luther was first found in Augustine. Luther was an Augustinian monk, of course. We would also naturally affirm that there was nothing in any of these men that was not first found in Paul and Peter and John in the New Testament" (John Samson)

"The late lamented Mr. Denham has put, at the foot of his portrait, a most admirable text, "Salvation is of the Lord." That is just an epitome of Calvinism; it is the sum and substance of it. If anyone should ask me what I mean by a Calvinist, I should reply, "He is one who says, Salvation is of the Lord." I cannot find in Scripture any other doctrine than this. It is the essence of the Bible. "He only is my rock and my salvation" (CHS) "And what is the heresy of Arminianism but the addition of something to the work of the Redeemer? Every heresy, if brought to the touchstone, will discover itself here. It is a nickname to call it Calvinism; Calvinism is the gospel, and nothing else. (CHS)
Well I didn't say you wouldn't find the doctrines of grace, nicknamed "Calvinism" in scriptures. However, to nickname them "Calvinism" is itself going contrary to what scripture exhorts.
John UK wrote: The expression "Biblical Calvinists" is itself unbiblical. Ye'll not find it anywhere in scripture bro.

To associate Christ with any secular social or political movement is Satan’s most effective lie; why because it always contains an element of truth. Perhaps I can say that those on the left are not saved, but if I then associate Christ with those on the right I have reduced the cross of Christ to a secular, social or a political movement. Once this association has been mentally made, then the cross of Christ has become something other than redemption through His blood. Christ was not a liberal, moderate or a conservative; He was the eternal Son of God who came into the world to save sinners.
The traditions of men are then substituted for the cross of Christ and even genuine believers make this false association. To associate a liberal, moderate, or a conservative with Christianity without analyzing their individual theology is the greatest heresy in the Western church.

Have you asked the Lord if he would spare it for a hundred righteous men?
"Earlier this week a poll showed that nearly 60 per cent of churchgoers are less likely to vote for the Tories because of the party’s bid to redefine marriage. And it has also been revealed that membership of the Conservative Party has shrunk since David Cameron’s took over as leader – with same-sex marriage blamed as a major factor."
The Conservative Party is NO longer conservative. Like the rest of the British politicians they have all succumbed to the politically correct disease of Liberalism.
But why shouldn't they?
The National church - CofE/CofS - their new religion is also Liberalism. Their new policy is ditch the Bible and keep the sin.
The United Kingdom of Sodom and Gomorrah is under the wrath of God. Consistent with HIS justice that means the UK is marked down for destruction.
Come Lord Jesus, come soon!!
