A spokesman for Billy Graham says the 93-year-old evangelist is being treated at a North Carolina hospital for bronchitis.
A joint statement Sunday from Graham’s spokesman and Mission Hospital says Graham was admitted overnight for an infection in his lungs. The hospital is in Asheville, near his home in Montreat.

Wonder if this applies to the many conservative pastors who believe that faithful Jews in modern-day Israel are the chosen people and somehow saved without need for the NT, the Gospel, or the name of Christ.
Matthew 7 21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' 23 "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'---NASB
Every Graham Crusade I have watched on television Graham always preached that salvation comes only through embracing Jesus as ones Personal Lord and Savior. Just because Graham did not tell Catholics who came forward to embrace Jesus as their Savior to leave the Catholic Church does not mean that he was not preaching that salvation comes only through embracing Jesus as ones Savior and Lord. It is not a requirement for salvation that one who has embraced Jesus as their Savior and Lord leave the Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodox Church and Mainline Protestant Churches and unite with an Evangelical/Fundamentalist Protestant Church. Remember when everybody stands before Jesus after passing away He will not look at the church that one attended in determining who will enter Heaven. He will only look at if one had embraced Him as their Savior and Lord. If anybody states that Jesus will look at the church that one attended in determining who will enter Heaven then they are believing unscripturally.

"However, Graham began to change in the 1950s. As he became increasingly successful and popular, he began working with theological liberals (and later the Roman Catholic Church) in his evangelistic activities. “By the mid-1950s Graham’s decision to accommodate the world and the apostate religious leaders and to forsake his former sound Biblical position was firmly established” (p. 11). As a result, many of the fundamentalists withdrew their support for his ministry.
By the late 1950s Graham was working closely with Bible-denying liberal churchmen in some of his crusades. Prominent heretics, like Episcopal Bishop James Pike, were active participants in Graham crusades by the 1960s. Numerous clergymen affiliated with the National Council of Churches (NCC) and the World Council of Churches (WCC) were involved with Graham’s ministry. “The NCC and WCC are comprised of Modernistic churches and have long promoted radical religious and political causes. Graham initially denounced these organizations, but he has long since dropped his opposition” (p. 20). Indeed, he has even attended WCC assemblies and praised their work.
By the late 1970s Roman Catholic churches were also participating.." (Michael Wagner)
