1,000-Member Colo. Presbyterian Church Considering Dismissal From PCUSA
A church in Colorado with about 1,000 members is considering dismissal from the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in response to theological differences between itself and the denomination.
The leadership at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Collins cited "Irreconcilable spiritual differences" in their consideration of seeking dismissal from the PC(USA), as the recommendation for dismissal was brought before the congregation on Sunday.
Dan Saperstein, executive presbyter of the Presbytery of Plains and Peaks, which First Presbyterian belongs to at present, provided The Christian Post with a statement....
Good! Come out from among them! They are an apostate institution and a dying breed, our Lord is standing outside the doors, knocking desiring to come in, after all why is He not welcomed among those He has died for?

Why these people call themselves Christian yet seek to sanctify sin and send these sinners to hell by legitimizing their sinful acts is beyond comprehension. It certainly isn't Biblical, therefore PCUSA proves itself to be UNBiblical. This has become a worldly church an offense to God. Like other false witness churches they appear to think they have the power to decontaminate sin.
"Deut 28:20 The LORD shall send upon thee cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that thou settest thine hand unto for to do, until thou be destroyed, and until thou perish quickly; because of the wickedness of thy doings, whereby thou hast forsaken me."
There must be a correlation between diversity of dress at a general assembly and diversity of theology sufficient to drive a congregation into destitution.
