Obama administration chooses Planned Parenthood over women's health
The Obama administration’s decision this month to award $3.1 million in federal funds to Planned Parenthood affiliates and other family planning groups in New Jersey comes as no surprise.

Despite the $15 trillion national debt, the administration seems willing to keep borrowing to support the nation’s largest abortion provider.

And this isn’t the first time the Obama administration has stepped in to ensure that taxpayer dollars continue to flow to its favorite abortion provider even at the expense of women’s health care.

Last summer the Obama administration threatened to pull $4.3 billion in Medicaid funding from Indiana after the state’s legislature voted to prohibit all health care contracts with and grants to any “entity,” including Planned Parenthood, that performs abortions or operates a facility where abortions are performed. ...

Christians make a big fuss about Planned Parenthood, and yes I agree that they should!

But why don't Christians complain about the federal and state monies given to Christian well nominally Christian charities? It is probably more than to Planned Parenthood, and it is a corrupting influence. I'm somewhat amazed but I'm going to praise a couple of Catholics the writer of, How Catholic Charities Lost Its Soul Brian Anderson states, "...An all-too-typical program in Brooklyn I visited hooks up young, pregnant women to public services, wrestles with their housing problems, and tries to prepare them for motherhood....But since many of these young women will be chronically poor, and their children are likely to have a high rate of social failure, the program, which has little to say about morality, sends exactly the wrong signals." as usual, like all Roman Catholics, Mormons and Jehovah Witnesses he puts too much emphasis on works.

ThenJFK on Church and State Our local Bishop should bless me! :-7

Ah, remember then to vote, Mike, because I have a voting record of Republican. I don't think I even missed voting when I was an ol' draftee in the Army. Unfortunately probably many of the Republican Mad Hatter Tea Party members will nullify my vote, so you don't have much to worry about, and I don't have much to worry about true blue Democrats in NY nullifying yours. "Man proposes and God disposes." What should be demanded by both parties are reforms such Abramhoff proposed, you know, q.v., ‘Evil’ lobbyist Jack Abramoff talk US politics (short YouTube). While term limits aren't allowed for Fed. elections, voters should really put term limits into effect, by voting them out, for any incumbents who don't support Congressional reforms and perhaps even, Paul Ryan: ‘I Agree’ We Need To Reinstate Glass-Steagall.

You never fail to amuse, Jim. Especially the part about "Republicans believe in killing babies because they don't support Obamacare." Must be you missed the part requiring paying for abortions. Or you are a DNC worker, so telling the truth isn't necessary anyway Whatever, I shall be happy to cancel your vote in November. It's the right thing to do.

For your edification, abortion is not affordable healthcare. It's not healthcare at all, regardless of the propaganda to the contrary.

"[I]f the average family in which there are ... but two children the nation as a whole would decrease in population so rapidly that in two or three generations it would very deservedly be on the point of extinction, so that the people who had acted on this base and selfish doctrine would be giving place to others with braver and more robust ideals. Nor would such a result be in any way regrettable; for a race that practiced such doctrine--that is, a race that practiced race suicide--would thereby conclusively show that it was unfit to exist, and that it had better give place to people who had not forgotten the primary laws of their being."

A speech given by President Roosevelt in Washington on March 13, 1905, before the National Congress of Mothers.

By fully-embracing Planned Parenthood especially under the guise of promoting "women's health," America has decided that it's "unfit to exist."

Well this is what Mr Obama wants for his daughters - and presumably for the nations children and granchildren.

I suppose now that the infanticide of regular legal abortion has become a "normalised" nationalised industry, then having been insulated and quarantined from the offense, it now has become an accepted norm and practice to legislate for.
