Judge says man can't hand out Bibles at Twin Cities Pride fest
A Wisconsin man who wants to hand out Bibles at the 40th Annual Twin Cities Pride festival in Loring Park this month will have to confine himself to a booth just outside of the event.
Chief U.S. District Judge Michael Davis issued a 41-page order Monday denying Brian Johnson's request for an injunction that would force the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board to allow him unfettered access to the festival grounds, reasoning that his constitutional challenge was unlikely to succeed.
Dot Belstler, Twin Cities Pride's executive director, said the ruling came as welcome news....
If the man isn't blocking walkways etc., he should have a complete right to hand out Bibles (especially ones that say,) 1 Corinthians 6 9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God.---NASB
But this obvious ignoring the rights of expression guaranteed under the American Constitution needs to be stomped on, and hard.

It's not about the first Amendment, it's about public safety, John Y. Someone could drop a bible, and someone in the proud parade could trip over it. Remember being safe is the first right of Americans.

If they are made that way then no amount of preaching or Bible distribution should change them so why the fear. Because the Bible is the word of GOD and is like a two edge sword and it cuts to the quick.
