Members of the African-American evangelical community called out President Barack Obama on Friday. The group challenged Obama to meet with them to discuss his stance on same-sex marriage.
The Coalition of African-American Pastors (CAAP), along with representatives of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, will hold a press conference on Monday in Nashville, Tenn., to “demand that President Obama meet with them” to discuss the issue.
CAAP has launched a marriage petition at 100000signatures4marriage.com.
