Secularist Group's Dallas Billboard Calls on Catholics to 'Quit Church'
A secularist organization has launched a billboard campaign to encourage Catholics to "Quit the Church" due to the Roman Catholic Church's stance on the contraception mandate.
The Madison, Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation has put up billboards, including a 14 x 48 foot one in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas earlier this month.
Sister Mary Ann Walsh, director of media relations for the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, told The Christian Post that the billboard campaign would not gain support....
We would of course hope that Catholics like many before them move on to Christianity because Is A Catholic Christian An Oxymoron? the answer is a resounding, Yes!
The National Campaign to Prevent Pregnancy, founded in 1996, is devoted to promoting contraceptive use by the unmarried. CEO Sarah Brown clearly enunciates its mission: "Whatever the proposition on a given day, ask yourself one simple question: Does it increase women's access to good contraceptive care? If the answer is no, oppose it!"
This Campaign is zealous. When conservatives this year tried to reduce funding for Planned Parenthood and similar groups, the lead story on the Campaign's newsletter began, "The U.S. House of Representatives recently voted to increase teen and unplanned pregnancy."
It's hard to imagine two stranger organizational bedfellows. Yet since 08 the Campaign has partially funded the NAE.
The story begins in 08 when the Campaign gave a multi-year grant of $1M to the NAE. Or maybe the story goes back even further: During the past decade the Campaign received nearly $50M from the Hewlett Foundation, one of the nation's largest abortion and contraception pushers. (Last July the Campaign also received more than $5M worth of shares in Berkshire Hathaway, the company chaired by billionaire Warren Buffet, one of the world's leading abortion funders.) -World
When Satan commands you to come out from among the Roman Catholic Church, as this billboard is also doing, 10,000s will dutifully leave en mass. Note this secularist organization and the National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) are both front organizations for Planned Parenthood and "women's rights."
Whenever you hear of "women's rights" spoken of so glowingly this election cycle -- and no doubt you will -- just know that this is Satan commanding you to do his fiendish will.
Those psychotic atheists. Just as the Bible state the fool has said in his heart there is no God. Atheists know the God of the Bible exists but they do not wish to be under God's authority. Atheists wish to be their own gods.
