A Georgia student has lost another round in her battle with Augusta State University over her expulsion from the school's counseling program.
School administrators demanded Jennifer Keeton complete a remediation plan to correct her views on working with homosexual clients. When she refused, they kicked her out of the program. Last week, a state district court judge dismissed Keeton's case against the school, concluding administrators did not violate her constitutional rights.
The case hinged on whether the policies governing the counseling program were neutral and generally applicable to all students, regardless of their religious beliefs. Judge J. Randall Hall, of the Southern District of Georgia, determined that they were....

Why is it so hard for you to grasp the concept that there are Born Again individuals in the Catholic Church who do not believe that leaving the Catholic Church and uniting with an Evangelical/Fundamentalist Protestant Church is required for salvation because they know that the Bible does not mention church membership in any church as being required for salvation.

Mark you are right. If you don't like the godless program at you local godless school, don't complain about it, just leave and go where they do support your beliefs and convictions.
Simple solution.Go to a Christian school and get into a Christian counseling program. I had a professor try this stuff with me. There was no chance on this fallen Earth that I would ever attend or support a 'gay pride' parade. I would sooner be kicked out of the program and go to a different school. On the other hand, as a teacher, I understand that I have to be there for all of my students, even those who are trapped in the homosexual lifestyle. All the tolerance, cultural diversity, and pride crap is just that, and if you know that going in, you can give the baby his bottle and still graduate without believing a word of it.

Oh will you knock this Anti-Catholic crap off by intimating that all Catholic priests are child abusers? And what is consoling? And it is really stupid to believe that there are no Catholics who are Born Again. Just as it is really stupid to believe that there are no Eastern Orthodox or Mainline Protestants who are Born Again. Who says that Born Again individuals are only in Evangelical/Fundamentalist Protestant Churches? Just because one who is Born Again does not leave the Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodox Church or Mainline Protestant Churches and does not unite with an Evangelical/Fundamentalist Protestant Church does not mean that they are not Born Again.
I don't see where the school kicked her out of school completely. When you decide to play a game, you have to follow it's rules not yours. Don't like the game? Don't play it? Oh, by the way, Psychology:The Trojan Horse. If she's Christian she shouldn't be in this game, of secular consoling.
