Pope puts U.S.'s Fulton Sheen on road to sainthood

Pope Benedict put the late Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, seen as the world's first televangelist because of his popular programs in the 1950s-1960s in the United States, on the road to sainthood in the Roman Catholic Church on Thursday.
The pope signed a decree recognizing that Sheen lived a life of "heroic virtues", an early step in the path that can lead to sainthood.
Now a miracle must be attributed for him to be beatified, which is the last step before sainthood.
Mike you gotta be dead as door nail to be made a saint. If the potential saint did something Christian, such as becoming a Protestant it would be huge embarrassment for the Romish Church.
Bishop Sheen was a particular good servant of Satan, even though perhaps an unwitting one, but still,
2 Corinthians 11 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their deeds.---NASB
He also was ecumenical when it came to Muhammadans, see the short commentary by Mike Gendron, Understanding Islam and Roman Catholicism explaining the role of F. Sheen in embracing Islam. Fulty was just as well known as Martin Sheen, and unfortunately F.S. was no more Christian than Martin.
