Sen. Rand Paul Calls For â€˜Reawakeningâ€™ in US

The United States is in the middle of a â€œspiritual crisisâ€ and needs a â€œreawakening.â€ So says Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul.

â€œI think our problems, though, are worse and deeper and more profound than just political leaders can correct. I think we really are in a spiritual crisis as a country. And we need a reawakening. We need a revival," CBS reported Paul as saying during a speech to the Faith and Freedom Coalition in Washington.

Randy doesn't seem to know much more about Christianity than father Ronny.

Perhaps someone needs to send him a copy of, A Closer Look at Revival and Revival Meetings. He and his dad, could also listen to the sermon, Theology of Experience vs. Scripture

I have to agree Ms. Wittman. However, I would have to add that ALL politicans words ring hollow, especially when they are in campaign mode...

It's gotten to the point that politics make me sick
