Poll: More than Half of U.S. Rejects Evolution Theory
Despite decades of taxpayer subsidies to preach the theory of evolution in government schools, a recent Gallup survey showed that slightly more Americans believe the biblical account of creation today than 30 years ago when polls on the subject first began. Just 15 percent of respondents thought godless evolution explained the origin of man.
About 46 percent of those polled said they believed in what is known as creationism — that God created humans in their present form at one time within the last 10,000 years or so. In other words, almost half of Americans support a literal interpretation of the Bible's book of Genesis, which says that the Creator made Adam and Eve after creating the Earth in six days.
When the question was first asked by Gallup in 1982, around 44 percent of Americans held that view. In the last three decades — despite overwhelming emphasis on teaching the theory of evolution...
Evolutionists could never explain when asked "What came first, the chicken or the egg? We all know you need a rooster also or the whole thing can't happen.
Now in the 21st century we have a similar question: The complex, mechanisms needed to decode the DNA, and to proof-read it for errors are themselves proteins, coded in the DNA. Thus we have the classic chicken and egg problem: since proteins are needed to read, check and manufacture DNA, and DNA is needed to make proteins, which came first in the alleged evolutionary process?
To all you evolutionists I will be waiting for your reply.

thank you jpw! you have my complete agreement! Despite enormous pressure by medical schools, professional bodies, insurance companies and politics there are still doctors who practice medicine according to christian principles. The german doctors have just issued a public apology for the experiments of german doctors under the NS-regime. Perhaps, sometime in the future, we shall see a similar apology concerning abortions etc. - and that not only in Germany!
Jim, Christians have been studying and passing down knowledge for centuries. Its modern darwinists who scrubbed the information from medical books, making medicine a black hole of what it could be and modern darwinists who associate using plants with witchcraft but call pharma (pharmakeia) not witchcraft.
What is "witchier"? using white willow bark, which brings down inflammation and lowers pain, or the synthesized version which your local doctor will tell old people to take everyday that often causes stomach problems and bruising but is patented?
Of course "some" herbs have medicinal purposes. Where do you think the researchers and patenters get their synthesized products from? Glad to see you open a door to something valuable here, but honestly, when I find pharma jumping on research, its usually late to the table. I'll give an example.....probiotics. Now for some reason, they are legit, and commercials run. Our ancestors fermented virtually everything getting their probiotics everyday-- and for decades, people have sought better and improved probiotics and researched specific flora, and what they do in the body. Well, glad pharma showed up, but late they are.
Modern man is not evolved...but rather devolved in his knowledge of many things.

I've noticed this too. Especially in the way some doctors despise related disciplines like Chiropractors and Herbalists for being less than "scientific" in their analysis and application of what they know and their predecessors have evidently know for ages.
If I know something works, I'm not going to wait around until some "scientist" verifies it.
...and so we should....modern medicine is darwinism....ask any proud darwinist doctor, and they've brought us highly intelligent procedures such as using cancer-causing radiation to cure cancer caused by radiation.
not to say that radiation hasn't gotten rid of cancer occasionally, but also can set people up for it again (which could be mitigated through diet and classic detox methods)
Perhaps they do not know what they are beholden to. There are other countries where many options are available without raised emotions -- in God's providence, He has provided many natural means for resolving issues (not in an absolute sense but generally) that are inexpensive and not toxic.
The doctor who I talked with who has assisted in thousands of abortions was proud of his medical school-evolution heritage.
Modern medicine believes that nature isn't fallen, but just flawed (hence the Nazi-esque need to screen the unborn for the genetically weak), and that they can evolve our bodies through synthetics to a better place. Thank God for the awesome doctors out there who see beyong the riff raff.
