Vatican in chaos after butler arrested for leaking documents

An already sordid scandal over leaked Vatican documents took a Hollywood-like turn Saturday with confirmation that the pope's own butler had been arrested after documents he had no business having were found in his Vatican City apartment.

"If you wrote this in fiction you wouldn't believe it," said Carl Anderson, a member of the board of the Vatican bank which contributed to the tumult with its no-confidence vote in its president, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi. "No editor would let you put it in a novel."

The bank, known as the Institute for Religious Works, issued a scathing denunciation of Gotti Tedeschi in a memorandum obtained Saturday by the Associated Press. In it the bank, or IOR by its Italian initials, explained its reasons for ousting Gotti Tedeschi: he routinely missed board meetings, failed to do his job, failed to defend the bank, polarized its personnel and displayed "progressively erratic ...

Pray for the lost souls that are caught up in the system of the church of Rome. They need the Truth of the gospel. They need The Lord Jesus Christ. And all they have now is priestcraft and corruption and a sure way to hell. Pray the Lord would save the souls of these misled people -some of whom are my own family.

There's little that's amusing about the Romish Church since through it many millions are held in Satan's grip. Being a false church Should Roman Catholicism really be classified as a Christian religion? -- No. that behind its facade of humility are bunch power-hungry vicious men. I certainly do hope more revelations come out about the Vatican, they are always trying to cover up something, e.g., A Fresh look at the Swiss Guard Murders - Conclusion

Further instalments of the ongoing soap opera called the Vatican will be published as they come to light.

Of course these are worldly instalments of the soap opera.

What is really more absurd and comedic is the theological soap opera of the Roman Catholic ranch.
