The questions appear to be simple. But they posed a challenge for the host of the new “Melissa Harris-Perry” show when guest Mona Eltahawy talked about her Foreign Policy magazine cover story about abuse of women by men in the Muslim world.
Then the MSNBC host brought in Harvard professor Leila Ahmed, who questioned whether Eltahawy should have written the article at all. Not because it was false, but because it made Muslims look bad.
“You began, Melissa, by noting that some things in the African-American community are not publicized precisely because of the racism,” said Ahmed as Harris-Perry nodded in agreement on a split screen....
Jim --- I don't want to get too intellectual here, but if men are getting groped so are women.
you bring up the middle east, interesting, because there, I have a hard time imagining any father in the ME letting that be done to his children at an airport.
not that I am concerned in any way this would stir your conscience.

seems like evangelicals have already traded their ind cohn rghts for a new system called hs--- for 'security' they traded their rights to speak and be heard and worship-- the very things that would protect them from abuse...things like right to fair trial, etc, things that people worked for centuries to achieve.

the media is hush on many atrocities... they read from a script --that's why they all sound the same.

after generations of evangelicals held the old house together with ongoing attacks from liberalism, the darwinists decided that it would be better to just build a new house and vacate the old one...
and the evangelicals with fervor moved right in...... if sharia comes, it is because we lowered the gates.
