Colorado Day of Prayer is unconstitutional, state appeals court rules
The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that governors' proclamations of a state Day of Prayer violate the Constitution's provisions for religious liberty. When the state sponsors the particular religious practice of prayer, the three-judge panel found, it sends a message that those who pray are favored members of Colorado's political community.

"In doing so, they undermine the premise that the government serves believers and nonbelievers equally," Judge Steven Bernard wrote" Baloney!!
If this judge views this in the light of quote, "the Constitution's provisions for religious liberty" unquote, then he obviously does not know what the words "religious liberty" actually mean. In fact I would suggest he has a problem with "liberty" within the cumulative variety one finds within the nations population today.
Obviously his decision exemplifies the fact that he is anti religion, probably specifically Christianity.
To use his own words - (he) undermine(s) the premise that the (judiciary) serves believers and nonbelievers equally.
