LBGT protestors rally against 'Religious Freedom Act'
Nearly 100 people crowded on the Capitol steps Thursday to protest what they called “legislative hate.”

The group, many members or allies of the LGBT community, waved rainbow flags and had strong words for legislators looking to pass SB 142, also called the Kansas Preservation of Religious Freedom Act.

Proponents of the bill say it attempts to protect the religious rights of Kansans. Those gathered in front of the Capitol, however, cited language within the bill that would allow renters, business owners and citizens to deny services to those who violate their religious tenets.

The bill states that Kansans cannot use religion to justify discrimination based on gender, race or ethnicity. But sexual orientation or gender identification receives no protection. ...

No, I do use Bing and Dogpile more than I would have, if Google had been doing it's job.

Oh, back in the land of unreported priest abuse, Nebraska's Attorney General has pointed out, Bruning believes fairness ordinance unconstitutional Now see the Great Plains is just as up-to-date and morally degenerate as San Francisco or Boston! So, there you big city types!

Well, I doubt if they are ANTI-homosexual or anti-Islam, which (I suppose) makes them tacit supporters of such movements as aggressive as these.

Yes, the goofy Omaha City Council passed an LBGT ordinance and the equally goofy Lincoln City Council will probably do that today. Perhaps they should have material in front of them such Pathophysiology of Male Homosexuality? They seem to be quite happy to pass ordinances against sins such as over-consumption of alcohol etc., to protect the taxpayer, so who has to pay for all these sins if the the sinner can foot the bill himself?

I'm beginning to think, Google is pro-islam and homosexuals! I had to find this using Bing. NU reprimands Husker coach for comments at LGBT hearing Oh, by the way, The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin.

Thank you.

I did notice that the letter-order had also been revised but didn't know why.

When I started college the "gay student union" was brand new. When I left college, they had added the word "lesbian", so as to give the women in the club greater recognition. Bi and transgender were added later and it looks like it just snowballed after that.

Didn't they recently add a letter "Q" to the ever-growing string of letters designating modern instituted deviant sexual behavoir? I read somewhere that LBGT was recently changed to LBGTQ, where the "Q" stood for "questioning", which sounds like the evangelical arm of their movement (to get people to "question" their sexual orientation).

Wonder what other letters will be added to the string as time--and overall human corruption--advances.
