Wurzelbacher, who’s running against Marcy Kaptur in Ohio’s 9th District, drew attention Wednesday when he sent a letter to the Christian Broadcasting Network titled “I’m Blessed to be a Christian,” in which he addresses the president’s faith.
“After Barack Hussein Obama suddenly cast-off his Muslim roots, rejected his mother’s disbelief in God, turned tail on the Islam of his early life and converted to Christianity — BLAM — he’s elected President,” he wrote in the letter, which he plans to distribute to churches during his campaign. “Anyone who believes the two things are not connected is being disingenuous at best. I don’t know how or when it happened, whether when he was partying at college or five minutes before he first decided to run for office, but it doesn’t matter — he came to Christ and he is my brother.”

Joe has a pagan/charismatic view of Christianity, I can tell I'm a Christian because God is blessing me. Yes, God does bless. But God is not a genie who gives us what we wish for. Sanctification follows justification which means that the refiners fire is better evidence of salvation that material prosperity.
