'Heroic Catholicism' needed in face of threats, bishop tells men
“Heroic Catholicism, not casual Catholicism” is required to confront state and federal threats to religious liberty and the church’s public ministries, Bishop Daniel R. Jenky, CSC, told more than 500 Catholic men who marched through the downtown Peoria in a steady rain April 14 in a public defense of the faith.
“We can no longer be Catholics by accident, but instead be Catholics by conviction,” said Bishop Jenky.
“In clear violation of our First Amendment rights,” said Bishop Jenky, “Barack Obama with his radical, pro-abortion and extreme secularist agenda now seems intent on following a similar path” as other governments throughout history who “have tried to force Christians to huddle and hide only within the confines of their churches.”...

Well, Lauren, except for the last part, Catholics have a fairly good Bible, The Roman Catholic Bible if one takes into account what is said in the URL I just listed, and don't read the Romish commentary. They put Scripture into modern English decades ago. Catholics can easily be saved if they ignore the bad commentary, and just read the New Testament. This has happened to several, at the very least, as this former Catholic points out in this URL, Dear KJV Only Advocate:.
When the Good Samaritan handed the innkeeper two denarii, he provided him two day's wages, about US$400 -- a very generous sum of money indeed.
But if you're the one robbed, stripped of clothes, beat and left half dead today, what single individual has US$500,000 to provide to a hospital so they can bind your wounds?

Religious and personal freedom will still be lost if it gets entrenched, regardless if the contraceptive mandate is overturned. While all the noise is about the mandate, the problem is with the Act itself. The promoters know this, and are quite happy to have the discussion be limited to a small section. If the mandate gets bumped, RC's and government will breathe a sigh of relief, one for removal of a pet peeve, the other because attention was diverted from the control mechanisms buried in the rest of the Act.

When liberal Notre Dame faculty aim their howitzer at you, you're on the right path. They have Satan on their side.
Bishop Jenky's clear sermon that Obama is on the same path as Hitler and Stalin rings true to any with a heart for Christ.
These Notre Dame faculty are merely stamping Jenky's truthful point with their unholy imprimatur.

Yes, the Romish church and Islam have a lot in common, to the Romish church's discredit.
Since SermonAudio.com is a small Christian-owned business, doesn't it have to comply with this HHS Contraception Mandate? If so, either SermonAudio.com purchases abortifacient insurance for its employees in 2013, it'll be sold to the Mainlines or closed. This Mandate leaves no Christian unaffected.

Bishop Jenky isn't overstating his case when he compares Obama's path to Hitler and Stalin.
The so called "visible church" depicted here is the Roman catholic idolatrous enterprise, led by the papal antichrist, which further depicted here we find is more of a men-pleasing social works department, as usual. The premise put forward is that the RCC will be 'nice' to the poor run schools and hospitals differently(?) and all you have to do is accept their works based religion, unBiblical traditions and worship statuettes and dead body relics!!!
Who do you want to believe the false church of the Roman Catholics - or do you trust in God?
As for Mr Obama the Roman Catholics are one of the largest support groups to vote Democrat!!!
As of August 1, 2013 all Christian schools, colleges, clinics, hospitals etc. shall provide abortifacient contraception (Plan B, Ella, RU-486 etc.) to their employees regardless of their conscience against these intrinsically evil pharmaceuticals. If any of these refuse, their assets will be sold to an organization who will provide abortifacient contraception or their school, college, clinic, hospital, etc. shall be closed.
For the so-called "invisible church" this will cause an almost zero impact. But for the real visible church with real (tangible) estate that helps real visible people, there will untold loss next August.
Bishop Jenky isn't overstating his case when he compares Obama's path to Hitler and Stalin.
Real heroic Christians will fight against this evil. Invisible ones will be neither seen nor heard.

(1) Thats the Invisible Church of course!!
(2) Even Satan "acknowledges" Jesus and His mother the sinner Mary!
(3) Have you worshipped your graven images this morning yet?
God teaches:- Isaiah 44:9 They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed. 10 Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?

Faith of our Fathers, living still In spite of dungeon, fire and sword: O how our hearts beat high with joy Whene'er we hear that glorious word. Faith of our Fathers, Holy Faith, We will be true to thee till death.
Our Fathers, chained in prison dark, Were still in heart and conscience free: How sweet would be their children's fate, If they, like them, could die for thee. Faith of our Fathers, Holy Faith, We will be true to thee till death.
Faith of our Fathers, Mary's prayers Shall win our country back to thee: And through the truth that comes from God This land shall then indeed be free. Faith of our Fathers, Holy Faith, We will be true to thee till death.
Faith of our Fathers, we will love Both friend and foe in all our strife: And preach thee too, as love knows how By kindly words and virtuous life: Faith of our Fathers, Holy Faith, We will be true to thee till death.

Catholic friend 'love' Unfortunately for Catholics your religion really doesn't know or love the Truth.
If it did you would forsake Infant Baptism, Maryolatry, Transubstanciation, the Papacy and return to what God Himself actually says in the Scriptures the RCC has twisted to fit its Tradition.
If this seems a bit harsh to you, read up on your own history as if memory serves me there is something call the Inquistion, a real fighting for the Catholic Relgion.
