Farrakhan’s Wild New Claims: Jesus Was a Black Muslim
With a former U.S. Congressman in the audience, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan made his anticipated, controversial appearance Tuesday night at Alabama A&M University. Surrounded by a security detail of dark suits and bow ties, it was Farrakhan’s white suit that commanded the stage.
Most astoundingly, Farrakhan made the argument that Jesus was not Christian. “Because Jesus said ‘Not My will, but Thy will.’ You know what we call that in Arabic? Islam. He was a Muslim.”
More religious piety was to come. The controversial minister launched into a diatribe on the story of Cain and Abel, with his own additions.
“When Cain came to present his offering before God as a tiller of the ground, the scripture says God did not respect his offering. I don’t believe that. I’d like to offer a correction. Well who are you? I’m better than those who have revised your Bible. I’m better than those...
Clearly this man does not know God's heart or spirit. A true man of God does not blasphemy the works of the Holy Spirit. God is a Holy and Righteous God. He sent His Son Jesus Christ into this world not to condemn the world but that theworld through Him might be saved.

Yo Dread: How does one "purport" to preach the Gospel? Perhaps you can tell me even what is "The Gospel"?

Eli on MtC No!
As respectfully as I might _ No! M Farrakhan has wickedly insulted and blasphemed the Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of the Living God, the second person of the Triune Godhead. (period)
And while he might be correct with some of his views that in no way whatsoever undos his blasphemy.
It is kind of like someone saying to a Jew you really ought to read Adolph Hitler because he really had some good ideas.
Or like a white person saying slavery in the South wasn't so bad because some white owners treated their slaves kindly.
Anyone who is saved, born again of the Spirit of God owes our alligiance to Christ. (period) We have no right to dishonor our Savior by a pick and choose prideful self-righteous world pleasing game of religous tolerance with those who hate Christ as He really is.
Psalm 1 is clear blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly.
Michael Hranek - You missed what I said - I clearly stated I don't agree with Minister Farrakhans Muslim faith - what I said was many things he says are right - his stands on promiscuity, abortion, drug abuse, violence, illiteracy, crime, obesity, laziness, corruption amongst many others are ones I'm quite certain you could agree with - he has a large amount of influence in minority communities and the work his Nation Of Islam organization does with the poor, oppressed, and down and out to straighten out there lives and become productive persons in society is legendary - those are things you never hear about him - that's why I encouraged listening to more than what the controlled media lets out on him on his finalcall.com website

Eli onMtC Ah as respectfully as I might BUT what planet do you live on?
M (aka false teacher/prophet) Farrakhan blasphemously insults the Lord Jesus Christ and you only disagree with some of his stands?
And you recommend listening to this mouth piece of Satan (who is quite eloquent in his lies against Jehovah God) promote his false Allah God and whatever political/religious agenda he is involved in.
I really don't have to be eloequent with you, if you have any respect for the Truth, for the Bible, alone out of books on earth being the Holy Written Authoritative Word of God preeminent in its authority and Truth over all false gods (like Allah) and their books (like the Quran) just giving you one word:
"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works." 2Cor.11.14.
Islam is Satan's pawn to deceive the reprobate into quasi-religious precepts and concepts by which he then uses them against order to create chaos.
Minister Farrakhan is an eloquent speaker and is well versed in the scriptures of the Holy Word of God in the Bible - he is most assuredly controversial but many of his points and stands are right - I disagree with some of his stands on true salvation and fully believe salvation only comes from faith in Jesus Christ by God given Grace - never the less I have listened to Minister Farrakhans annual "Saviors Day" message for several years running now - and find him to be quite interesting - his mastery of both the old & new testaments surprised me - give a listen to one of his Saviors Day messages or go to his website finalcall.com and listen to one of his sites videos - listen to the one on what really happened on 911 that was featured at this years 2 day annual Saviors Day Retreat by Architects & Engineers For 911 Truth

There was an episode of the situation comedy television series Good Times where the eldest son painted a Black Jesus.

Jesus was not a Christian which means Christ follower, He was Christ.
This guy is ignorant of the truth.
As for calling Christ a muslim that amounts to blasphemy. Anyway the cult of muslim human philosophy was invented in the sixth century six hundred years after God incarnate walked the earth. Muhammad was born 570AD in Mecca.
Jesus declares "Believe on me" which makes Him God. The muslim cannot accept this. John 5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. 47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
