Jeff Foxworthy to Host GSN Bible Game Show

The new program is a one-hour studio-based game show in which contestants compete based on their knowledge of the Bible. According to GSN, Foxworthy will ask questions â€œdesigned to acknowledge and celebrate the Bibleâ€™s continuing importance in contemporary life and culture.â€ The American Bible Challenge contestants will share their back stories and each team will play for a faith-based organization.

Foxworthy, who currently appears on GSN as the host of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?, is the largest-selling comedy recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy-Award nominee and best-selling author of more than 26 books. Widely known for his redneck jokes, his act goes well beyond that to explore the humor in everyday family interactions and human nature, a style that has been compared to Mark Twainâ€™s. ...
