On the heels of former Senator Rick Santorum publicly pledging to “vigorously enforce the nation’s adult obscenity laws,” and with last year’s Congressional bipartisan support to do the same, former Gov. Mitt Romney is being asked to outline his plan to enforce federal laws.
Thirteen national leaders from the War on Illegal Pornography Coalition sent a letter to Romney on Tuesday seeking a meeting to discuss his position on enforcement of federal laws prohibiting distribution of obscene adult pornography....
All things being equal I would say that you are right 'fiend'. However, God isn't going to let the church collapse completely. There will always be a remnant. I certainly don't think He has the same mandate/desire to let America survive. When we, using the royal 'we', have kicked him out of the nation, it can fall just like any other...and do so a lot more quickly than we would ever expect.
On the subject of pornography. I think it's hard to define exactly what is pornographic. I'm not saying one man's porn is another's art so much as I believe that any image can practically be thought of in a lustful manner no matter the intent of the artist/photographer/lady picking up dropped change at the subway. In so many words men are dogs, generally speaking, and we'll struggle with this issue all of our lives. I do find that it's strange that all of these activities that were once kept 'in the closet' are now paraded literally in the streets.
As an industry/movement pornography, abortion, and the whole gay agenda are connected and have the goal in mind of destroying the traditional family in one form or another.

From the most liberal to the most conservative denominations, each is being systematically disassembled like a colony of a million termites working 24x7 to destroy your home. However, casual observation will never reveal a significant issue (only a little sawdust here and there), but in the end, its collapse will be sudden and profound.
Without understanding, it will, as she predicted, "destroy Christianity."
Since the Reformation, the strength and longevity of the church has always been overrated. If only there were a stress test to predict such a calamity.
Comstock was an evangelical US Postal Inspector turned pioneer in the fight against pornography, contraception & abortion and in efforts to press the Congress and politicians to protect families and their children and adolescents. It was his belief that allowing either pornography, contraception or abortion material to enter the postal system would cause the other two to be permitted.
