‘After-birth abortion’: Can they be serious?
My first thought was, can they be serious? In the cold language of a medical abstract, two Australian academics write an article in the Journal of Medical Ethics titled “After-birth abortion: Why should the baby live?” — and expect it will merely trigger some high-toned back-and-forth among medical ethicists.

“We claim that killing a newborn could be ethically permissible in all the circumstances where abortion would be. Such circumstances include cases where the newborn has the potential to have an (at least) acceptable life, but the well-being of the family is at risk,” the article reads. “We propose to call this practice ‘after-birth abortion,’ rather than ‘infanticide,’ to emphasise that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus (on which ‘abortions’ in the traditional sense are performed) rather than to that of a child.”

Perhaps these academicians are merely placing their seal of approval on this ancient pagan philosophy.
And how about Muslim honour killings - right up their alley!!

Marvin Gay Sr. was a baptist minister, too. Scary.

San Jose John wrote:
Marvin Gaye's father allegedly said that to his son just before he murdered that most famous American soul singer, according to the headlines back then (late 1980s?). I still remember that statement, and it's eerie parallel with what I've always thought to be more-or-less the overall abortion mindset.

‘After-birth abortion’: Can they be serious?

Yes, and painful, especially for the adolescent being "aborted."

Makes the smallish Roman Empire seem well-mannered and godly.

This idea of post birth abortion was presented by Australian based ethicists and based on comments I have heard is actually happening in Australia. It is legal in the Netherlands. In Australia, it is not legal to perform abortions on a whim, but if a woman claims it would affect her mental wellbeing (eg being financially stressed, etc) then it abortions happen. Again while being illegal I have heard academic women claiming that they had children of the wrong sex aborted. So why the surprise!

I worked for a research company into "hormone research"and it was very clear that this was an area where lots of money could be made - some people are almost addicted to sex and to make a drug to enhance their performance or pleasure is seen as a way to print money.

I left and worked for a "leading wine organisation and left as they passed contaminated wine (with a known carcinogen) for export. YEs, the US got some of that!

From the article: “We propose to call this practice ‘after-birth abortion,’ rather than ‘infanticide,’ to emphasise that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus (on which ‘abortions’ in the traditional sense are performed) rather than to that of a child.”

We propose to call this practice homicide rather than "after-birth abortion" to emphasize that the moral status of the proposers is comparable with that of any mass murderer, (and should be handled in the same way as that of any murder in the traditional sense)

Well they are sick, demented and in league with Satan for devising such a Satanic plan. The world is getting more and more Satanic. The Second Coming Of Christ I believe is nigh.
