Bomb squad called to Rush Limbaugh's home

A bomb squad was called to the Palm Beach, Fla., home of radio-talk show giant Rush Limbaugh today after security personnel found a suspicious package with what appeared to be wires inside.

Limbaugh’s staff scanned the package in an X-ray machine and saw the wires, so they called police.

Inside the 18-by-18-inch box was an “electronic [plaque] commemorating the assassinations of Abraham Lincoln and John Wilkes Booth,” the Palm Beach Daily News reported.

The saga continues. Can Limbaugh survive advertiser boycott?

Rush Limbaugh is a person I haven't listened to for over a decade. His never wavering, and was seen the been his only message before Billy Clinton was elected was Bill Clinton. I somewhat considered him an ally of Clinton because people would finally get so fed up with Limbaugh that they would vote for Clinton. No, that didn't happen to me, I was fed up with both of them.

Rush Limbaugh apologizes Limbaugh apologizes to Sandra Fluke. What I heard on a radio news program is that he was losing too many advertisers, and the god of too many conservative talkshow hosts and politicians has, "In God We Trust," stamped on those gods.

Must have been some left wing nut who wanted Limbaugh to meet his Maker. I like to listen to Limbaugh from time to time. There was another Conservative commentator who had a program on MSNBC in the early 21st Century sometime around 2001 named I believe Michael Savage.

Considering how much this guy appears to be hated, I'm surprised this sort of thing doesn't happen to him more often--unless it has but he and Kathryn have just kept it to themselves up until now.

There ain't no such thing as a free lunch, Ms. Fluke.

And, of all things to make free. Why doesn't the government mandate the Church provide bed, bread or water -- you know -- a necessity? But abortion drugs a necessity? Come on! Who're they kidding?

What's next? Forcing Christian midwives to participate in government-provided abortions? Seriously!

Ouch wrote:
Perhaps this stemmed from comments he made earlier in the day:
Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown University law student, spoke before a House committee in support of Church-funded abortifacient contraception.
Limbaugh quipped:
"So, Miss Fluke and the rest of you feminazis. Here's the deal. If we're going to pay for your contraceptives and thus pay for you to have sex, we want something for it. We want you to post the videos online so we can all watch," Limbaugh said.
