Andrew Breitbart
Andrew Breitbart, the outspoken conservative writer, activist and website operator, has died unexpectedly in Los Angeles, where he lived with a wife and four young children. He was 43.
Breitbart was pronounced dead at the UCLA Medical Center shortly after midnight, the Los Angeles County coroner's told Yahoo News. The cause of death was not immediately known, a spokesman at the coroner's office said.
One of his websites, BigJournalism.com, announced his death early Thursday.
"Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles," the note on his website read. "We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior. Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love."...

Two men considering a religious vocation were having a conversation. "What is similar about the Jesuit and Dominican Orders?" the one asked.
The second replied, "Well, they were both founded by Spaniards -- St. Dominic for the Dominicans, and St. Ignatius of Loyola for the Jesuits. They were also both founded to combat heresy -- the Dominicans to fight the Albigensians, and the Jesuits to fight the Protestants."
"What is different about the Jesuit and Dominican Orders?"
Funny that if you were to leave most conservative churches and join the Catholic Church which clearly labels abortifacient birth control "intrinsically evil" and then look in the rear view mirror, those conservative churches, even IHCC, don't even protect the unborn in every case. They actually appear liberal.
Political parties mean nothing, John Y. Your real problem is that you should switch churches Come out of the Catholic Church.

Me too.
I was raised Liberal Democrat. Dad was "independent" but mom and both sets of grandparents were decidedly progressive/liberal. Last Democrat I voted for was Carter in 1980. I was so brainwashed at that time that I thought the world would end after Reagan assumed power.
Instead, so many aspects of life got so much better for me, my family, and my country that it was as if the "sun came out" (or like scales falling off one's eyes) for the first time in my life. At which point I finally realized I and most of my family had been in (closed-minded political) error, and I've never "looked back" since.

I can't recommend the show for Christians, and I myself had to quit watching so as to avoid exposing myself and my wife to some of its more corrupt content, but Breitbart was always impressive--like a calmer and cooler version of Rush Limbaugh. I and no doubt many others will miss him greatly.
I never heard of Breitbart before yesterday(1 March). I like Limbaugh. I like most programming on Fox News Channel because Fox News Channel is a conservative network and I am a conservative Republican. I switched political parties from Democrat to Republican.
