State Supreme Court says 'Roe' should be 'overruled'

A stunning ruling from the state Supreme Court in Alabama is suggesting that states simply â€œrejectâ€ the concept of pre-viability abortion-at-will that comes from Roe v. Wade until the U.S. Supreme Court overrules the precedent.

In a powerful statement that appears to affirm the concept of the â€œpersonhoodâ€ movement, through which pro-life advocates seek to have states recognize the unborn as â€œpersons,â€ a concurrence from Justice Tom Parker said, â€œSince Roe was decided in 1973, advances in medical and scientific technology have greatly expanded our knowledge of prenatal life. ...

Per Moses' comment, denying 'all' forms of contraception is legalistic. By the way, what does sola fide have to do with these issues?

To the point at hand, I am so thrilled to see more and more judges stand up and make intelligent stands against all forms of abortion.

If you're for Sola Fide you must be against abortion, contraception, pornography and same-sex marriage. Otherwise you've no hope for salvation.

Dear Jim,
Roe v' Wade is not law, it is a court decision. Check out IgnoreRoe.com and pray the good Lord brings an end to prenatal child murder in America.

While The US Supreme Court should change its ruling on Roe versus Wade, until it does, it is the law of the land, no matter how unfortunate that may be.

Exodus 21
22 "And if men struggle with each other and strike a woman with child so that she has a miscarriage, yet there is no further injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him; and he shall pay as the judges decide.
23 "But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life,
