Report Reminds Us, Sex Outside of Marriage Is Never â€œSafeâ€

A recent Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report on unintended pregnancies and contraceptive use serves as a good reminder to teens, parents and educators that sex outside of marriage is never safe, even when contraceptives are used.

Encouraging teens toward sexual risk avoidance or abstinence is the healthiest goal to achieve the greatest good â€“ and itâ€™s the only 100-percent effective means of preventing unintended pregnancies and the spread of sexual diseases.
