Michael Tellinger shows off what could One of the best pieces of evidence that there were giants on Earth a long, long time ago. Geologists have marvelled at this giant foot print in rough granite, about 4 feet long. It is located in South Africa, near the town of Mpaluzi, close to the Swaziland border. It is estimated to be between 200 million and 3 Billion years old because of our current understanding of the formation of granites in Earth's history.

Unless "in the beginning" does not really mean "in the beginning", it is not rationally possible to insert so many unmentioned names into the direct Biblical record more then maybe a few extra thousand years beyond the normally estimated +/- 6000 years as is recorded in the entire generations listing in Luke 3
Luk 3:23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was [the son] of Heli.... Luke 3:38 ....Which was [the son] of Enos, which was [the son] of Seth, which was [the son] of Adam, which was [the son] of God.
Is God the author of confusion or a book of mere fanciful gnostic metaphors? If He is then there is no point in even reading the Bible at all other than for a relative moral hints here and there. I believe the Darwinian lie is part of the great delusion.
It is a formal fallacy (Affirming the Consequent) to reason thus: P1: If giants once lived, they left giant footprints behind; P2: Giant footprints have been found; C: Therefore, giants once lived.
Radiometric dating, such as used for granite here, is also fallacious, for it commits the Fallacy of Induction (inferring that nuclear decay follows a certain mathematical formula for all time), and moreover, arbitrarily assumes certain initial conditions. Such formulæ are human attempts to model how nature works; they do not reflect nature itself since measurement error cannot be avoided.
It is also silly to assume that the granite particles have the same age as the footprint.
So this video proves nothing at all. The only appeal Christians have regarding the existence of giants is the testimony of Scripture.
