Pope urges international agreement on climate change
Pope Benedict XVI urged international leaders to reach a credible agreement on climate change, keeping in mind the needs of the poor and of future generations.
The pope made the remarks at his noon blessing at the Vatican Nov. 27, the day before officials from 194 countries were to begin meeting in Durban, South Africa, to discuss the next steps in reducing greenhouse gases and stopping global temperatures from rising.
"I hope that all members of the international community can agree on a responsible, credible and supportive response to this worrisome and complex phenomenon, keeping in mind the needs of the poorest populations and of future generations," the pope said....
Pope wrote: "In fact, it is by now evident that there is no good future for humanity or for the earth unless we educate everyone toward a style of life that is more responsible toward the created world."

Really a great generalized political statement statement by a heathen politician.
I suppose His Unholiness means the Mexicans should be able to burn their fields in the spring, which is a huge source of air pollution.
the powers that be will milk this old cow as long as they can because.....
climate change is the new idealogy used to manipulate a generation....
some dude comes along and says, hey, you are a blight to the world, but if you pay this tax, you can go on living. this tax goes to an international bank, which means all of mankind will pay a few people for the right to live. taxes on our breath. fukishima--no big deal, but your breath---that's toxic. they are simply unbelievable. its currency/empire wores, even though they still have some cultish Christians thinking they are doing some good, taking down functional nations and turning them into cesspools.
anyone who sincerely wants to understand should read on Copenhagen. an international agreement was almost signed but two things happened----1-climategate came out that week, 2-the poorer nations realized they were going to have to pay out too. China was held up as the ideal nation that week for its one child policies--which is essentially forced depopulation.
"In fact, it is by now evident that there is no good future for humanity or for the earth unless we educate everyone toward a style of life that is more responsible toward the created world."
I'm gonna watch National Review's site to see if or how their contributors try to spin this away. They always do that when the pope makes Progressive noises.
