There was a blank space where the article was suppose to be, and then the glories of the Canadian oil sands development ads, bracketing that blank space.
By the way, I have nothing against oil sand development, against running the pipeline through eastern Nebr. or better Eastern Colo., etc. We in this state are bombarded by ads from TransCanada/Keystone about how oil couldn't soak into the Sandhills of Nebr. This is not the problem, the Sandhills are nothing more than grass covered sand dunes, and if you try to remove any oil spills it would probably cause blowouts when grass cover is removed. Oh, it would seem that terrorists would have an easier time attacking the pipeline if it went through that area also. Get real TransCanada/Keystone!
