Obama Vows to Carry on Fight for Gay Equality
President Barack Obama told a gathering of gay activists Saturday night that he was committed to fight for equality, and touted his accomplishments including the repeal of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy.

“Every single American – gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual, transgender – every single American deserves to be treated equally in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of our society,” Obama said at the annual dinner of the Human Rights Campaign, the country’s largest gay rights organization. “It’s a pretty simple proposition.”

The president said as he had promised to address gay rights issues at the 2009 annual dinner of the organization, there was reason to be proud of the progress his administration had made. ...

Biblical Protestants have been fighting for obedience to God and His Holy Word for centuries.

Just because Satan has caused a social abomination and corruption in reprobate society does not mean we the true Christians can join with the idolatrous blasphemers of the Roman Catholic organisation.

As true Biblical followers of God and Christ His Son, we must battle against all who would remove Holy Scripture from society, whether they do it for reasons of lust or reasons of worshipping relics and other daft graven images.

Whatever the evil sins are we Christians must contend for the true faith.

Look where your popish hobby lies amongst this list of sins.....
Gal 5:19 Now the WORKS OF THE FLESH Are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 **IDOLATRY,** witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies..."

Who is the de facto Protestant leader publicly opposing the Obama Administration stand-down from supporting DOMA & DADT?

"Why couldn't Protestants and Roman Catholics discuss marriage and campaign against same-sex "marriage"?

It would be a wicked conspiracy against the Lord and His Anointed and an unequal yoke.

I fail to understand your point. The President of the USCCB is carrying the water for Christianity with the Administration encouraging them to defend DOMA. Who else is more publicly defending the biblical family from aberrations desiring to declare themselves married?

Well, John U.K., I'm happy to see that you're against Reversing the Reformation and of course, Should Roman Catholicism really be classified as a Christian religion? -- No.. Remember to lead those Catholics up the Rom. RoadWitnessing Effectively to Roman Catholics.

And by the Way---

Romans 1
25 For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural,
27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.
28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper,---NASB

I would be quite happy to sit down at table with Catholics, but only to declare to them the doctrine of "justification by faith" and the devilish evils of the ecumenical movement. Oh, and I would not permit them to call me brother.

If Roman Catholics and Protestants were to come to the table for discussion on Homosexuality - Then "equality" for the sodomite is not something which the Biblical Christian, ie Protestant can discuss - You see it is NOT Biblical.

This is where the True Christian and the Roman Catholic part company. As Protestants we adhere to the Word of God. Whereas the sodomite and his Liberal supporters do not.

However it is noted that the Roman Catholic and the homosexuals/Liberals have common ground here, since neither adhere to the Scripture Laws and doctrines. The sodomite ditches the Bible to keep his lust and amoral practices. The Roman Catholic ditches the Bible to keep such Traditions as idolatry, graven images and blasphemy, to name but a few.

Perhaps then the Roman Catholic would be more comfortable at the tables of Sodom and Gomorrah. Maybe this is the "equality" you seek.

"Simple propositions" are often not so simple to follow through on.

The Solendra debacle looks like another example where "simple propositions" and high hopes were thought by Obama and his people to be enough to overcome the odds against industrial success in that particular market.

Hopefully, Mr Obama's "simple proposition" will be answered in November 2012.

This is the challenge of our day:
"Almost everyone, even Catholics, regards contraception as a self-evident good. Children are an option, not the self-evident responsibility of adult life."

One who can read a book, but doesn't, is no better than one who can't read.

Likewise, a married Christian couple who can have children but doesn't is no better than a married homosexual couple who can't.

Planned barrenness under the banner of Christ will always lead to acceptance of any two (or more) benefiting from "marriage."

The "self-evident good" of contraception is that it brings Protestants and Catholics to the table to discuss issues such as "gay equality."

""Every single American – gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual, transgender – every single American deserves to be treated equally in the eyes of the law and in the eyes of our society,” Obama said""

And to receive this "equal treatment" they must declare publically their sexual habits and this must be accepted practice in society.

Stupid isn't it.

The nation has gone mad.

Or
Is this an attack upon Scripture and Christianity?
