A combative Obama criticized GOP presidential candidates for staying silent when the crowd at a recent debate booed a gay soldier who asked a question of the contenders via videotape.

No, he doesn't. Obama's statement assumes the commander in chief's job is to support the military, rather than to lead it. In any case, he hasn't supported the military, but has deliberately weakened it.(part of his cut the country down to size philosophy)
But what the sly president is actually showing us is a glimpse of how he will campaign. Deflect the arguments from his many failures, and attempt to put the Repubs on defense, wasting their easy advantage. Hopefully they aren't dumb enough to fall for it, but they do seem to prefer defending themselves, rather than taking leadership and easily putting Obama properly on defense.

However, if He tarries 10,000 years, then a Christian President will be rendered "unqualified" to lead a military full of front-line sodomizers. Perhaps we can discern what path the Republican party will be forced to take in a post-Christian America.
Since Obama killed DADT/DOMA, a Christian candidate (opposed to active homosexuality) needn't ever run for the White House? Couldn't support sodomizing troops as CINC?
How do we ever revert to DADT?
