Pope reaches out to other faiths in visit to his homeland
Pope Benedict XVI began his first state visit to his homeland Thursday by reaching out to members of other faiths, meeting with German Jewish leaders in Berlin where he stressed that what the two faiths "hold in common is not an insignificant part of their traditions."
"It is clear to us all that a loving relationship of mutual understanding between Israel and the Church, each respecting the existence of the other, still has further to grow and needs to be built into the heart of our proclamation of the faith," Benedict told dozens of rabbis gathered at the German parliament, known as the Reichstag....
The humanist Swiss member of Parliment reaches out to Germany with Jesuit inflenced humanist propaganda (remember the meeting in Ireland). Now the pope visits his homeland willing to accept all 'Christians' that accept the Roman Church as 'Christian'. In there own writings they except Islam. Does this seem curious to anyone why our attention is being diverted to another group of violent believers as they have been historically? They have only changed their methodology, for a season.
