Indiana Church of Christ is seeking uneducated tattooed dude with no ministry experience to lead youth
Here is a real job listing:

“[We are a] small, growing, easy going, no problem church. Seeking a young man (no experience, no education is no problem). Piercings, tattoos, hair, etc. is no problem. We are good at reaching the types of young people who are traditionally not welcome in churches. We can pay very very small amount, apartment in church available. The perfect place for a young dude who wants to step out into this kind of ministry, but thought he couldn’t due to experience, age, education, looks, etc. We are no liberal, we are out of the box workers. all of us here at First Church of Christ are long since tired of churchy church, tradition, discriminating of people due to whatever, etc. If you are in doubt…give us a shout…you just may be surprised.” ...

I think its cool that they allow this man to minister, even though doctrinally i dont agree with them. It is still a good thing to do in principle

The Church Of Christ does not require its ministers to have gone to seminary but it encourages seminary degree for its ministers. Country Music legend Loretta Lynn who was raised in the Church Of Christ in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky stated in her biographical book titled "Coal Miner's Daughter" that sometimes when the minister of that Church Of Christ was absent a member of the congregation who did not have a seminary degree led the worship services and preached.

Theological Liberalism.
"Also known as modernism, this is the major shift in theological thinking that occurred in the late nineteenth century. It is an extremely elusive concept. A variety of shades of liberal thinking exist, it has changed in character during the passage of time, and the distinctions between liberalism in Europe and North America are considerable.
Main Features. The major distinctive is the desire to adapt religious ideas to modern culture and modes of thinking. Liberals insist that the world has changed since the time Christianity was founded so that biblical terminology and creeds are incomprehensible to people today.

Although most would start from the inherited orthodoxy of Jesus Christ as the revelation of a savior God, they try to rethink and communicate the faith in terms which can be understood today. (Elwell Theol Dic) Theological Liberalism.

You will note there is no "United" in front of the title for this church, so liberalism as most evangelicals would interpret it would not apply to this group, q.v. The Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement. But perhaps this one church has even abandoned some the albeit wrong beliefs of this group. However, bad theology in the beginning usually leads to even worse theology later.

"The perfect place for a young dude who wants to step out into this kind of ministry, but thought he couldn’t due to experience, age, education, looks, etc"

At a time when youth and child workers are going through loads of security checks it has to be someone who calls themselves "church" who puts out an advert like this. Perhaps one of the Roman Catholic paedophile priests can apply. These sound like the usual misguided Liberal 'be nice be nice be nice' religion people.

How can a person lead when they have no Bilical education? I don't believe a person has to have a degree to teach out preach, but a person has to be firmly grounded in the Word of God to lead others.

If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; But a lover of hospitality,a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. -Titus 1:6-9
