How much is your life shortened by working in an office all day?

What about a stress filled job?

What about sitting and reading for an hour or more?

Most of these studies are far off.

Not that I'm saying sit around if you can be active.

August is the slowest news month. The study is locked behind a paywall, so no one has actually read it. The media is hyping it based on an abstract. I have not seen a single article which suggests any media member has actually paid for this study and analyzed it.

Wait a minute...if watching TV for one hour only takes 22 minutes from my life then shouldn't I be watching more TV?
