Philadelphi issues strict curfew to curb 'flash mobs'

Mayor Michael Nutter today announced a tighter weekend curfew in the Center City and University City regions of the city, as he continues grappling with the threat of â€œflash mobsâ€ in Philadelphia.

Nutter today described those engaging in flash mob rampages (see previous story) as â€œa tiny minority of ignorant, reckless fools.â€

Then, flanked by dozens of law enforcement and community leaders, he spelled out a substantive (though temporary) change in the cityâ€™s curfew for two key areas â€” Center City and University City â€” on Friday and Saturday ...

Well well looks like America has got riots too.

These parents. Why they won't take charge of their offspring I don't know??

With society being moral and decent its these parents who do not bring their kids up to societies standards that are at fault.

Well at least thats what the bureaucrats say anyway, and they must be right.

I wonder who brought the parents up in this amoral way??
