Terrorist proclaimed himself 'Darwinian,' not 'Christian'
Piecing together Breivik's various posts on the Internet, many media reports have characterized the terrorist – who says he was upset over the multiculturalist policies stemming from Norway's Labour Party – as a "right-wing, Christian fundamentalist."

Yet, while McVeigh rejected God altogether, Breivik writes in his manifesto that he is not religious, has doubts about God's existence, does not pray, but does assert the primacy of Europe's "Christian culture" as well as his own pagan Nordic culture.

Breivik instead hails Charles Darwin, whose evolutionary theories stand in contrast to the claims of the Bible, and affirms: "As for the Church and science, it is essential that science takes an undisputed precedence over biblical teachings. Europe has always been the cradle of science, and it must always continue to be that way. Regarding my personal relationship with God, I guess I'm not an ...

IF He Were A TRUE "CHRISTAN" Or "DARWINIAN" He Would've, Or Should've, Been Familiar With *LADY HOPE'S TESTIMONY Of DARWIN--As SHE Attended HIS *DEATHBED:

(Cont.)

"...Looking at THE (KING JAMES) BIBLE Which He (CHARLES DARWIN) Was Holding Tenderely All The Time, He Suddenly Said:

'I have a summer house in the garden, which holds about thirty people. It is over there,' pointing through the open window. 'I want you very much to speak there. I know you read THE (KING JAMES) BIBLE in the villages. To-morrow afternoon I should like the servants on the place, some tenants and a few of the neighbors to gather there. Will you sepak to them?'

'What shall I speak about?' I asked.

'CHRIST JESUS !' He replied in a clear, emphatic voice, adding in a lower tone 'And HIS SALVATION. IS NOT THAT THE BEST THEME ? And then I want you to sing some hymns with them. You lead on your small instrument, do you not?'

The wonderful look of brightness and animation on his face as he said this I shall never forget, for he added:

'If you take the meeting at three o'clock this window will be open, and you will know that I am joining in with the singing.'

How I wished that I could have made a picture of the fine old man and his beautiful surroundings on that memorable day !"--LADY HOPE !

"...He (DARWIN) waved his hand toward the window as he pointed out the scene beyond, while in the other hand he held an open (KING JAMES) BIBLE, Which He Was Always Studying.

'What are you reading now?' I asked...'Hebrews!' He answered-'still Hebrews. "The Royal Book" I call it. Isn't it Grand?'

Then, placing his finger on certain passages, he commented on them.

I made some allusion to the strong opinions expressed by many persons on the history of the Creation, its grandeur, and then their treatment of the earlier chapters of the Book of Genesis.

He seemed greatly distressed, his fingers twitched nervously, and a look of agony came over his face as he said: 'I was a young man with unformed ideas. I threw out queries, suggestions, wondering all the time over everything; and to my astonishment the ideas took like wildfire. PEOPLE MADE A RELIGION OF THEM.' IF He Were A TRUE "CHRISTAN" Or "DARWINIAN" He Would've, Or Should've, Been Familiar With *LADY HOPE'S TESTIMONY As SHE Attended CHARLES DARWIN; While HE Lay On HIS DEATHBED:

"It was one of those glorious autumn afternoons, that we sometimes enjoy in England, when I was asked to go in and sit with the well known professor, Charles Darwin. He was almost bedridden for some months before he died. I used to feel when I saw him that his fine presence would make a grand picture for our Royal Academy; but never did I think so more strongly that on this particular occasion.

He was sitting up in bed, wearing a soft embroided dressing gown, of rather a rich purple shade.

Propped up by pillows, he was gazing out on a far-stretching scene of woods and cornfields, which glowed in the light of one of those marvelous sunsets which are the beauty of Kent and Surey. His noble forehead and fine features seem to be lit up with pleasure as I entered the room.

He waved his hand toward the window as he pointed out the scene beyond, while in the other hand he held an open (KING JAMES) Bible, Which He Was Always Studying.

It doesn't matter Dominic, the hostile media is all too ready to play this up as a "Christian" thing. For the dumb masses, it didn't matter who did it, they'll say that once again, that's why they "don't follow any religion". The masses can't tell the difference from a transformed life resulting from a true saving knowledge of Jesus Christ vs a bar of soap.

To me was the labeling of Christian fundamentalist when he clearly is not , it reminds me of Nero with blaming the Christians for the fall of Rome or the Rome fire
The scary thing is that if they can label us in this case what if another madman turns up will they simply use it in.another. case as this has set the precident , will people look at us suspiciously when. We are handing out tracts or other things ,shopping ,at work .
Anyone who has read the story of this man he has much to do with biblical Christianity as apples have to do with rocks.
If he is a Christian what church did he go to or who was his pastor , there is no reference to that other than painting the Christian facade on a person who is clearly an atheist who is anti Muslim who would have theistic leanings
The ramifications have yet to ripplle down from everything to evangelistic work , atheist debates and Muslim debates in which they will use this event to its full advantage
Jesus says do not fear as I have overcome the world
Are saviour is greater than a media obsessed populist who live on a diet of sound bites who scate he tip of the iceberg and do not dig into situations
As 9/11 produced the new atheists what ramifications or anti Christian groups will rise from the ashes of this disast

In the intro to your post you qualified, "Per Luther"
The above quote follows shortly thereafter???

Perhaps you should point out that the quote above is not "Per Luther" - But "Per Breivik" the Norwegian mass murderer.

The last thing that needs to happen around here is for anyone to fall for these group stereotypes.

Guilt belongs to the individuals involved and no one else.

Let the Norwegian people grieve and sort out the details.

Per Luther, the "Church stands or falls" on the doctrine of Faith Alone. Is the Islamic threat so great that we need to rejoin with Roman Catholics to fight this common enemy?

"We must have a Church leadership who supports a future Crusade with the intention of liberating the Balkans, Anatolia and creating three Christian states in the Middle East. Efforts should be made to facilitate the de-construction of the Protestant Church whose members should convert back to Catholicism. United we stand, divided we fall?
