The issue of invasive physical pat-downs by federal Transportation Security Administration agents at airports across the nation isn't going away anytime soon, with word that the Libertarian Party of Florida formally is demanding that sheriffs in the state's 67 counties arrest TSA agents for sexual battery.
"As sheriff, you have the absolute duty to enforce the law uniformly and without prejudice. You are, at best, engaged in selective enforcement by choosing to further ignore these flagrant violations of federal and state law. At worst, you are complicit," a message to the 67 sheriffs from the party, signed by chairman Adrian Wyllie, said.

I Have Already Mentioned Several Times On The Internet That As A "Tester" For AMERICAN-AIRLINES X-ray Screening Security At O'hare International Airport In Chicago In The Mid-1990s; We Were Specifically Instructed Not To EVER Touch, Handle Or "Pat-Down" ANYONE:
#1.Without Their Explicit Verbal Or Written Permission.
#2.Without Authorization Or Authority From Local, State & Federal Law Enforcement Personnel.
#3.We Were To Treat One's Personal Property (Handbags, Briefcases, Purses, Wallets, Etc.) As An Extension Or "Representation" Of One's Personal BEING, BODY Or SELF !
As "Airline Security Personnel" MORE-SO Than "Airport Security Personnel" We Were Given The Responsibility Of Making Sure Than Anyone Entering Or Boarding An (AMERICAN-AIRLINES) Airplane Would NOT Cause An "Immediate" &-Or "Present Danger" To One's Self Or Anyone Else Via "Dangerous Or Destructive Weapons &-Or Devices".
This Meant Vigilance On The Part Of Airline X-ray Screeners, "Testers" & AA General Security Personnel.
The Closest We Came To Anyone's BODY Was When Doing A Hand-Wand Metal-Detector "Screening"; Applying The "ONE-INCH" RULE: WHERE WE WOULD COME ONLY ONE INCH TO THE PERSON'S BODY !
**VIOLATING THIS "ONE-INCH" RULE COULD RESULT IN CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST AMERICAN-AIRLINES !
