A independently-run Christian school in Stockholm has been criticised by the Swedish Schools Inspectorate (Skolinspektionen) after being reported for presenting homosexuality as a sin in its teaching.
"The Schools Inspectorate has criticised... Andreas Gymnasium for not having followed the statutory requirements with regard to the school's fundamental values and work to prevent and hinder students from being subjected to degrading treatment," the inspectorate wrote in its decision.
The inspectorate furthermore adds that the incident is particularly serious as the school has been criticised before for not taking measures to protect students from harassment....
The Swedish school left out the term "abominable" in describing the practice of homosexuality as a sin. And there you have it, no one today can even tolerate hearing about sin leave alone the fact that they may actually be sinning against God. In the first 3 chapters of Revelation, Christ pleads with us to repent 8 times. In the rest of the revelation, the Holy Spirit tells us 4 times that in spite of many plagues, the ungodly will refuse to repent in spite of the fact that they "know" these plagues are directly from the hand of God. So it is today - mankind is now more perfectly set up to receive the antichrist than ever before.
I remember someone shewing me on a graph once; as goes the nation so goes the people of the nation, eventually including the Church as well. Psalm 12 agrees.
Psalm 12:
Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men. They speak vanity every one with his neighbour: with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak. The LORD shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: Who have said, With our tongue will we prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us? For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety from him that puffeth at him. The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever. The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted.
Christians, especially those in Christian high schools need to take note of this because this could happen here in the US.
I am also reminded of the parable of the shrewd manager in Luke 16, where Jesus says:
"For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light."
We need to understand our rights and not fail to frame our apologetics within such a context.
When is our Freedom of Speech being violated? When is our Freedom of Religion, conscience being trampled upon? IMO, employing these in our apologia will strengthen our case.
We also need to very seriously pray for the school mentioned above.

Ah, I really feel disgust for my maternal grandfather's motherland, but of course he left it to come here. Why would a homo go to a Christian school in the first place? For one thing, The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin
