Episcopal Church: This Good Friday, let’s celebrate Earth Day?
While Christians worldwide meditate upon the crucifixion of their savior this Good Friday, the Episcopal Church has suggested that the faithful also reflect upon whether they’re doing their part to reduce C02 emissions.
Two of the world’s holiest religious holidays are set to fall on April 22 this year — Good Friday for Christians and Earth Day for environmentalists — and some religious leaders are preparing their flocks to celebrate both.
The Episcopal Church’s office of Economic and Environmental Affairs released a statement urging followers to stay mindful of global warming, recycling and reducing carbon dioxide emissions while celebrating the ancient Christian holiday in 2011....
The Anglican/Episcopalian church has never been Christian, and they are a syncretic church. WebstersDict [1913 with example] (SYNCRETISM)
Syncretism /Syn?creútism/ (?), n. [Gr. ?, fr. ? to make two parties join against a third: cf. F. syncr‚tisme.] Attempted union of principles or parties irreconcilably at variance with each other.
"He is plotting a carnal syncretism, and attempting the reconcilement of Christ and Belial."--Baxter.
1 Timothy 3 14 I am writing these things to you, hoping to come to you before long; 15 but in case I am delayed, I write so that you may know how one ought to conduct himself in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth.---NASB

How does staying mindful of global warming work? I suspect it's similar to staying mindful of Cinderella, or the Three Little Pigs, or any other fairy tale.

Aah the religion of global warming! The Episcopalians have got bored with the Bible again and looked for something far more down to earth. Who knows maybe they will worship the moon and mother earth soon?
Isn't Liberalism broad, flexible and capacious to take in all kinds of worldly ideologies?
Instead of being narrow minded like these Christians who stick to Scripture.
