National Debt Tops $14 Trillion
The U.S. Treasury website today reported that as of last Friday, the last day of 2010, the National Debt stood at $14,025,215,218,708.52.

It took just 7 months for the National Debt to increase from $13 trillion on June 1, 2010 to $14 trillion on Dec. 31. It also means the debt is fast approaching the statutory ceiling $14.294 trillion set by Congress and signed into law by President Obama last February.

it has already been announced by Soros that the US dollar will no longer be the international currency. they call it "austerity" folks, just take it, the plans aren't there to bring jobs back, but trade out what's left, it's already happening in oil currency talks, and Russian-China agreements, so its kind of like having an old truck that you can't resell and is breaking down, so you just offroad it and bang it up til you retire it to the recycling heap. The Western world goes out without a whimper.

1) Perceptive but wrong again. I wasn't mocking Romans 13 but rather Calvin's silly interpretation of Romans 13.

2) Prediction? How so when "is revealed" is present tense?

And since you brought up Romans 1:18; why would God ordain civil government in Romans 13; name them "a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil" and usurp that authority by "the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men..."?

While I'm on a roll here; what will you do with this text....

Rom 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

... and this?

Rom 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly.

If you are Amil, how is it that you fail to perceive that Paul wrote this letter during the "day of the Lord" (Amos 5:18) when "all the siners of my people shall die by the sword" (Amos 9:10, cf. Rom 7:9, Rev 19:15; Amos 9:11, cf. Acts 15:13-17) which preceded "I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh" (Joel 2:28)?

I think you've got the wrong chapter of Romans Lurker. Rather than a mocking tone about Romans 13, perhaps you might perceive the prediction in Romans 1:18-32.

Now don't forget to obey the Bible Lurker.
PETER wrote
13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;
14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.
15 For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: 1Pet.2

Now do you obey this command - or not? Lurker.

"A billion here, a billion there, and pretty soon you're talking about real money."
