Downward Spiral: Man Marries His Dog

A YOUNG Toowoomba man yesterday tied the knot with his best friend – a five-year-old labrador.

In perhaps a first for the Garden City, Laurel Bank Park hosted the wedding of Joseph Guiso and Honey, a labrador he adopted five years ago.

Thirty of the couple’s closest friends and family were in attendance for the emotional ceremony, held at dusk.

"You’re my best friend and you make every part of my day better," Mr Guiso’s vows read.

Yes, in part the sodomites are responsible for the devolution to this low point on the downward spiral. But the church is also largely responsible because of its toleration of divorce and "remarriage," which Jesus teaches is adultery (Matt. 5:31-32; 19:8-9; Mark 10:11-12; Luke 16:18). This is an extremely serious issue. Elders and deacons guilty of this adultery remain in their positions or are elected to such. Obviously, adulterers do not meet the qualifications to serve in these positions (see I Tim. 3 and Titus 1). And many congregations are also full of adulterers and adulteresses, because church discipline is not practiced as it should be (Matt. 18:15-17; I Cor. 5).
I am in no way defending sodomites, but if they accuse the church of hypocrisy in this regard, they are right. If the church continues to call sodomites to repentance, but fails to repent of adultery itself, its testimony for Christ and its credibility is severely weakened.

"Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready. And it was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints." Rev 19:7-8

JUDGMENT STRIKES TOOWOOMBA!

Flood deaths in Toowoomba

Reporter Paul Lockyer reports on the worsening flight crisis in Toowoomba.
Transcript

PAUL LOCKYER, REPORTER: Well I think of all the images we've seen throughout this flood crisis in Queensland, Scott, this would have to be amongst the most dramatic scenes that we've ever seen.

I mean, there were cars literally picked up like matchsticks, swept along by the floodwaters. There were people clinging to light poles for their lives and emergency service workers were suddenly getting calls from all over the city for help.

There were people stranded on top of cars. Just incredible to think that in this city that could happen and it was right in the middle of the CBD (central business district).

A downward spiral would assume there is an upward one as well. There isn't. I would suggest some of you listen to Gil Rugh's series (either of them), e.g.,Revelation Series 2008 -- or just one sermon, An Overview of Revelation. Man has been heading always in a general direction, downward, after Adam and Eve sinned.

This man described in the SermonAudio story is just a beginner at sinning when compared to what happened in the Roman Empire, q.v., Caligula--Scandals. But both men have this to look forward to,

Revelation 20
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds.
14 And death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.---NASB

We have not had a huge outcry from those fabled non-practising homosexuals asking to get "married". Even perverts get the sex bit.
Aussies should wear sackcloth and ashes.
Well, sackcloth. They still aint got no ashes!
Apparently the man was on holiday from England for 5 years. In celebration for winning some ashes.

P.s Im thinking if the dog escapes into my yard, Im thinking of keeping her and say the dog wants a divorce and wants half. rrrrrooofff..

It was only a matter of time. Maybe next a man will marry his azalea. What argument can be used against such derangement when marriage loses its biblical definition?
