At an all-day White House conference on "environmental justice," Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that her department is creating a new task force to battle the effects of climate change on domestic security operations.
Speaking at the first White House Forum on Environmental Justice on Thursday, Napolitano discussed the initial findings of the department’s recently created "Climate Change and Adaptation Task Force."
HS was passed during Bush II to get it on 'the books'. It was already drawn up and waiting to be presented for passage BEFORE 9/11.!. Its intended utility was never the goal of Bush II, rather, those 'elected' officials that followed, like obama or hilliary c. Not many know it but hilliary c.was running U.S. domestic policy as part of a deal to stay with bill after the adultry scandal during the 1st election, which makes her directly responsible for giving orders concerning the Waco TX massacre ....... how do you think she'd utilize (more power) HS.?. Climate change is being redrawn as a security issue, so that it may be taken out of the "scientific" community by government, labeled a "crisis" and thus enabling the corrupt powers that be to find solutions to fix the "problem." Just as the increasingly out-of-favor "global warming" has been redrawn and called this vague "climate change" to hide the agenda, which is not stable climate, but more power and control over people and industry.
Funny thing is, climate change is the norm, not a problem puny man could do anything about anyway.
