Speculation about a supposed time traveler talking on her cell phone at a 1928 Hollywood film premiere has sped across the Internet faster than a DeLorean time machine. But a less mind-bending possibility is that she was just hard of hearing, experts say.
The story first surfaced in a YouTube video that includes film footage showing the 1928 premiere of the Charlie Chaplin film "The Circus" at Manns Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Irish filmmaker George Clarke points out a woman in the old footage holding what he describes as a cell phone against her ear. The shape implies the woman is a time traveler using a modern mobile device rather than an ear trumpet, Clarke said.
What Clarke didn't consider was that a simple ear trumpet could still explain it all, said hearing device historians, who provided LiveScience with images of sample ear trumpets for comparison....
Every time I walk by something loud I put my hand up to my ear in this exact way until I walk by the truck, machine, hammering, or whatever. COMMON SENSE says people ever since creation have been doing the exact same thing if they have any conscious observation of doing safety measures like this that help keep their hearing. This is such a useless clip that it is a sign as to how stupid and gullible the masses are to follow whatever the media show to them through the tell lie vision.

Mike. I sent that woman back so she could get a message to your Great Grand Mother. The message was about an invention called a Computer, which one day would have something called an Internet. On it you would one day be able to go to Sermon Web sites and make comments about news articles.
I see that since you are here, that the message got through, although I'm sure the message wasn't fully understood at the time.
By the way; if you run into a flux capacitor, and some dilithium crystals, it sure would help. We are still stuck here.
